With over 40 years of experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, David Karnofel brought a wealth of knowledge and firsthand expertise to the table as a Senior Director at Benchmark International. Since the early 1980s, he was directly involved in M&A transactions and had acted in an advisory capacity since 1999. His career spanned multiple industries, having owned and operated six businesses, including an accounting practice and a sports and entertainment company. Additionally, he held executive leadership roles as a CFO for a multinational corporation and as a CEO overseeing 150 locations across the U.S. Trained as a CPA but deeply experienced in sales, operations, and executive management, David provided a unique perspective on business valuation and marketability. His ability to see both the big picture and the finer details allowed him to offer strategic guidance to business owners navigating the complexities of M&A.
