Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering this Epic Giveaway (the “Competition”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 17h00 SAT on 6 September 2024. One (1) winner will be selected at random by Benchmark International (the “Promoter”) on or before 12 September 2024 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
  2. To enter the Competition, all Participants must comply by submitting the details as requested. Entries will be considered incomplete and thus disqualified if the entrant does not provide all requested information.
  3. The winner of the Competition will be responsible for his/her travel, accommodation and ancillary costs to attend the AFSIC Event. The Promoter will only present the winner of the Competition with a ticket to attend the AFSIC event on the 7th to 9th of October 2024.
  4. The winner of the Competition will have five working days to claim acceptance of his/her prize. Upon failure to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a new winner in accordance with the terms stipulated herein.
  5. The decision of the Promoter is final, and the Promoter shall not enter into any correspondence about the result.
  6. By participating, all Participant’s release the Promoter, its affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees and all entities associated with the development and execution of the Competition from any and all liability with respect to and in any way arising from participation in the Competition, acceptance or use of the prize.
  7. The Participant, by partaking in the Competition, expressly consents to his/her personal information/personal data to be processed for purposes of: (i) facilitating the Competition and contacting the winner of the Competition, (ii) maintaining records of Participants for research and statistical purposes, and (iii) to establish a Participant’s needs, wants and preferences in relation to any services provided by the Promoter. 
  8. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Competition at any given time.
